She has an encyclopedic knowledge of suppliers—from florists to car hire—and uses her experience and intuitive understanding of the couple to find the perfect companies, saving so much time and expense.
She is great fun to work with and knows just when to take control and when to leave a couple to their discussions, before skillfully steering everyone to a decision!
Her work ethic is amazing—on the day she is there from early to late, and she is a real perfectionist, letting no detail escape her. Her organization is seamless, and she is discreet but always present, ensuring everything runs smoothly. We trusted her implicitly, knowing she had everything under control, allowing us to just enjoy our weekend partying with our friends without worrying at all about the practicalities.
She thinks of the small things that add the finishing touches. She even went out and bought lemons herself at the last minute to create a colorful and impactful centerpiece for each table at the pizza party the day after the wedding. Visually, it made such an impact for so little cost and just shows her utter dedication to making everything as special and perfect as she can.

We wanted to have beautiful pictures, so the first thing we did was look for a photographer we liked. We immediately fell in love with Jules’s work and decided to book him. The second clear priority was to avoid the stress and insanity with planning that we had observed with many friends—so I was really happy when I discovered that Jules’s wife is a wedding planner.
I cannot express how blessed we were that Sabrina could work with us for our wedding. I work with lots of people in my professional life, but her service was outstanding, and I’m not sure I’ve experienced anything like it yet. She made everything effortless for us—EVERYTHING.
She provided us with a comprehensive list of services we might like, found the perfect provider for each, arranged all appointments for us in a very efficient and enjoyable way, was extremely easy to communicate with, and reminded us of everything we had forgotten.
On the wedding day itself, we were completely at ease and able to enjoy ourselves and our guests as she took care of everything in the most discreet and enjoyable way. We found her by chance through her husband Jules (who was our photographer), and we couldn’t have been happier. We’re from London and were planning an Indian wedding in Italy with 150 people—not an easy task! From driving us around Tuscany to finding only the best wedding venues, to sitting through our tastings (and finding us the best Indian caterer in Tuscany!), to choosing a florist that created a mandap and centerpieces that left our guests in awe—Sabrina simply didn’t miss a trick, and only the best was good enough for her.
At the wedding, she made sure our guests had everything they wanted and found us an incredible DJ who played both Indian and English songs. As a result, everyone at the wedding could not stop telling us how much fun they had.
A special shoutout to Jules—our wedding photos are magical and capture every special moment so naturally.
