In July 2023, Sabrina Carbone orchestrated our dream wedding in Tuscany. It started with a consultation in January 2022 and for that entire 18 month period, Sabrina exhibited an unparalleled level of dedication and professionalism. Living in the United States, I was initially concerned about planning an entire weekend so far from home. We only visited the venue twice before our wedding so the potential for disaster was high, but Sabrina calmed all our fears and ensured everything went smoothly.

Sabrina paid close attention to all my wife’s requests, which made my job much easier!! The choice of venue, decor and even the tiniest accents were all meticulously planned to reflect our vision. I was honestly shocked to see them all come to life,

No matter how much else she had going on, she found time EVERY DAY to respond to all my wife’s whatsapp messages, emails and voicenotes (for 18 straight months!). Sabrina kept us informed, guided us through decisions and provided advice that kept the experience enjoyable and stress-free. She even played the deciding vote when my wife and I split on some details, this is priceless!

On the weekend of our wedding, everything unfolded perfectly. This gave us the opportunity to fully immerse ourselves in the moment without any worries. I can’t even begin to imagine all the little things that were handled behind the scenes on the day of without us even knowing. For example, I know one group of my friends missed the bus back to the hotel and got stuck at the wedding venue (with no taxis available), Sabrina drove them back to their hotel in her car at 5 AM!

Our guests still rave about the extraordinary experiences they had that weekend. We owe these memories to Sabrina and her exceptional team. My wife was so inspired by her work and the entire process that she has decided to enter the wedding planning industry herself. I cannot express how amazing she is to work with and how truly special she made every part of planning my dream wedding weekend at Villa Valentini Bonaparte. Sabrina’s husband, Jules Bower, is an INCREDIBLE wedding photographer—so of course, he was our first choice to capture the special memories of our big day. Having both Sabrina and Jules together made us feel like we truly had the ultimate dream team.

I trusted ALL of Sabrina’s recommendations when it came to the big day, from our incredible florist (Nadia from Stiatti Fiori), to our wedding band Gerry Gennarelli, our DJ Matthew, our videographers Gattotigre—just EVERYTHING was perfect and to the highest of standards.

On our wedding day (June 17th, 2022), we were hit with a crazy and unexpected HAIL storm—the hailstones were as big as golf balls! This all happened approximately three hours before our wedding ceremony was due to start. During this commotion, all of the vendors rallied around to sweep up the mess, change locations, and worked tirelessly in the pouring rain. They did the most incredible job of not letting ANYTHING stand in the way of delivering the most beautiful ceremony, wedding dinner, party, and just a perfect day!!!

I really cannot thank you enough, Sabrina. You made mine and Jay’s wedding the fairytale we have always wished for, and we are grateful from the bottom of our hearts! We just wish we could do it all over again!

When we needed alternative solutions to fit our needs or budget, Sabrina delivered every single time, and we know that she always went out of her way to make sure we could achieve what we were looking for.

Her attention to detail and eye for design and photography made every aspect just beautiful. In fact, our wedding weekend was beyond anything we envisioned, and as we look back now on our photos (taken by Sabrina’s husband, Jules), it feels and looks like a dream.

Sabrina is just simply the best!

She has an encyclopedic knowledge of suppliers—from florists to car hire—and uses her experience and intuitive understanding of the couple to find the perfect companies, saving so much time and expense.

She is great fun to work with and knows just when to take control and when to leave a couple to their discussions, before skillfully steering everyone to a decision!

Her work ethic is amazing—on the day she is there from early to late, and she is a real perfectionist, letting no detail escape her. Her organization is seamless, and she is discreet but always present, ensuring everything runs smoothly. We trusted her implicitly, knowing she had everything under control, allowing us to just enjoy our weekend partying with our friends without worrying at all about the practicalities.

She thinks of the small things that add the finishing touches. She even went out and bought lemons herself at the last minute to create a colorful and impactful centerpiece for each table at the pizza party the day after the wedding. Visually, it made such an impact for so little cost and just shows her utter dedication to making everything as special and perfect as she can.

Shame we can’t do it all over again!
