She has an encyclopedic knowledge of suppliers—from florists to car hire—and uses her experience and intuitive understanding of the couple to find the perfect companies, saving so much time and expense.
She is great fun to work with and knows just when to take control and when to leave a couple to their discussions, before skillfully steering everyone to a decision!
Her work ethic is amazing—on the day she is there from early to late, and she is a real perfectionist, letting no detail escape her. Her organization is seamless, and she is discreet but always present, ensuring everything runs smoothly. We trusted her implicitly, knowing she had everything under control, allowing us to just enjoy our weekend partying with our friends without worrying at all about the practicalities.
She thinks of the small things that add the finishing touches. She even went out and bought lemons herself at the last minute to create a colorful and impactful centerpiece for each table at the pizza party the day after the wedding. Visually, it made such an impact for so little cost and just shows her utter dedication to making everything as special and perfect as she can.

When we started to plan our wedding, we sat down and thought about what was important to us.
We wanted to have beautiful pictures, so the first thing we did was look for a photographer we liked. We immediately fell in love with Jules’s work and decided to book him. The second clear priority was to avoid the stress and insanity with planning that we had observed with many friends—so I was really happy when I discovered that Jules’s wife is a wedding planner.
I cannot express how blessed we were that Sabrina could work with us for our wedding. I work with lots of people in my professional life, but her service was outstanding, and I’m not sure I’ve experienced anything like it yet. She made everything effortless for us—EVERYTHING.
She provided us with a comprehensive list of services we might like, found the perfect provider for each, arranged all appointments for us in a very efficient and enjoyable way, was extremely easy to communicate with, and reminded us of everything we had forgotten.
On the wedding day itself, we were completely at ease and able to enjoy ourselves and our guests as she took care of everything in the most discreet and enjoyable way. All the services she recommended were marvelous—the food was delicious and perfectly executed, the flowers were stunning, and she was a great support to rely on.

Sabrina is like a magician who can make anything happen, which I know is music to any bride’s ears! My husband and I were not even considering hiring a wedding planner in the beginning because we didn’t think we needed one. But we met Sabrina through our photographer (Jules happens to be Sabrina’s husband, and he is wonderful too, by the way) and really liked her. Oh boy, we didn’t know how much we needed her until we started working with her!
The whole wedding planning process was more stressful than either of us ever imagined, but Sabrina somehow managed to turn it into a fun project. Sabrina is one of the most generous people I have ever met – she goes above and beyond for you and never makes you feel like she is doing you a favor.
My husband and I both felt comfortable bringing up anything with her, and she was always very empathetic and thoughtful. We very much appreciated that about her and believe that Sabrina’s wonderful personality is what sets her apart from other well-qualified wedding planners.

It started with a consultation in January 2022 and for that entire 18 month period, Sabrina exhibited an unparalleled level of dedication and professionalism. Living in the United States, I was initially concerned about planning an entire weekend so far from home. We only visited the venue twice before our wedding so the potential for disaster was high, but Sabrina calmed all our fears and ensured everything went smoothly.
Sabrina paid close attention to all my wife’s requests, which made my job much easier!! The choice of venue, decor and even the tiniest accents were all meticulously planned to reflect our vision. I was honestly shocked to see them all come to life,
No matter how much else she had going on, she found time EVERY DAY to respond to all my wife’s whatsapp messages, emails and voicenotes (for 18 straight months!). Sabrina kept us informed, guided us through decisions and provided advice that kept the experience enjoyable and stress-free. She even played the deciding vote when my wife and I split on some details, this is priceless!
On the weekend of our wedding, everything unfolded perfectly. This gave us the opportunity to fully immerse ourselves in the moment without any worries. I can’t even begin to imagine all the little things that were handled behind the scenes on the day of without us even knowing. For example, I know one group of my friends missed the bus back to the hotel and got stuck at the wedding venue (with no taxis available), Sabrina drove them back to their hotel in her car at 5 AM!
Our guests still rave about the extraordinary experiences they had that weekend. We owe these memories to Sabrina and her exceptional team. My wife was so inspired by her work and the entire process that she has decided to enter the wedding planning industry herself. We visited several venues with Sabrina before choosing the lovely villa near Cortona. The church and civil ceremonies went smoothly. Sabrina helped with everything from paperwork, venue, food, florist, hairdresser, makeup artist, music, to photographer. She even drove the vintage Fiat 500 up a steep hill to the church in her platform shoes because my dad was too scared to drive the car!
