The second clear priority was to avoid the stress and insanity with planning that we had observed with many friends—so I was really happy when I discovered that Jules’s wife is a wedding planner.

We found her by chance through her husband Jules (who was our photographer), and we couldn’t have been happier. We’re from London and were planning an Indian wedding in Italy with 150 people—not an easy task! From driving us around Tuscany to finding only the best wedding venues, to sitting through our tastings (and finding us the best Indian caterer in Tuscany!), to choosing a florist that created a mandap and centerpieces that left our guests in awe—Sabrina simply didn’t miss a trick, and only the best was good enough for her.
