We embraced the challenge of merging the grand scale and specific requirements of a multi-day Indian celebration with the rustic elegance of a historic Italian villa, ensuring every moment felt authentic, personal, and utterly joyful.

The Baraat: A Joyful Procession
The day began with an explosion of energy and happiness. Ravi’s arrival, known as the Baraat, was a spectacular moment. Instead of a traditional horse, Ravi arrived on foot, enveloped by a jubilant crowd of his closest friends and family. The air was filled with the powerful rhythm of a dhol drummer and the sounds of traditional instruments as everyone danced their way toward the ceremony. It was a true celebration of anticipation, family, and the exciting moments to come. This procession set the tone for the entire day: warm, inclusive, and full of life.
A Ceremony of Heritage, Reimagined
Tuscan weather can be unpredictable, and on this day, the skies decided not to cooperate. For many couples, this would be a source of stress, but this is precisely where our team’s deep experience becomes invaluable. We transitioned seamlessly to our Plan B, transforming an indoor space at Villa di Monaciano into a breathtaking ceremony hall. Our team worked invisibly behind the scenes, building a magnificent Mandap and decorating the stage in true Indian fashion with vibrant colors and lush florals. The result was an intimate, sacred, and wonderfully personal space that felt intentional and perfect.
When Ria joined Ravi at the Mandap, the ceremony began. It was a beautiful and informative service, rich with meaning, that captivated every guest and perfectly honoured the couple’s heritage.
An Italian Aperitivo Under the Trees
Following the ceremony, guests were guided to the other side of the villa for a classic Italian aperitivo. As if on cue, the sun began to emerge, casting a golden light over the gardens. Under the canopy of a great, ancient tree, friends and family mingled, sipped on prosecco, and enjoyed delicious canapés. It was a moment of pure relaxation and connection, allowing everyone to soak in the beautiful surroundings and congratulate the newlyweds. This is the heart of the guest experience we design; a seamless flow from one beautiful moment to the next.
From Sacred Vows to a Grand Celebration
While guests were enjoying the cocktail hour, our team was undertaking another grand transformation. The indoor space that had hosted the ceremony was completely flipped, evolving into an elegant and welcoming dining room for the reception. The shift was executed with the quiet precision we are known for, ensuring the reveal felt like magic to the couple and their guests.
After a private photo session around the villa’s stunning grounds, Ravi and Ria joined their guests for an incredible feast. Having hosted a welcome dinner with traditional Indian food the day before, tonight was a homage to their destination. A delicious menu of Italian classics was served as the evening unfolded with heartfelt speeches and laughter. The night concluded with a fantastic party, where everyone celebrated the happy couple on the dance floor.
