The Morning Of: A Sense of Calm
The wedding day began with a palpable sense of joyful anticipation at Villa Cetinale. With the estate as their private residence for the week, there was a beautiful calm as the day’s events began. Gina prepared with her bridesmaids in one of the villa’s elegant suites, a serene space filled with laughter and light, while Alex and his groomsmen readied themselves on the other side of the historic home. In the castle’s historic Italian gardens, an incredibly romantic scene was set. A dramatic white runner led to a lush floral arch, with delicate veils draped over the chairs. Here, surrounded by centuries of history and the love of their family and friends, Gina and Alex exchanged their vows. Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed drinks and canapés, exploring the stunning castle grounds before being seamlessly transported back to Villa Cetinale for the evening’s festivities.

Later, guests were invited back outside for a final, breathtaking surprise. In a stunning work of creativity, a bespoke light show was projected onto the rear façade of the villa. The projection artfully merged intelligent graphics with family images, telling Gina and Alex’s story in a way nobody had ever seen before. It was a moment of pure astonishment that left every guest speechless. The party continued with a DJ set indoors, concluding a truly fantastic wedding day late into the night.
