When Alissa and Noah first spoke with us, they described a vision rooted in authenticity and effortless elegance. Their dream was not just for a wedding, but for a rich, multi-day experience for their loved ones; a true escape into the heart of Tuscany. For their historic winery wedding at Castello di Bossi, we were tasked with creating a celebration that felt both deeply personal and magnificently timeless, ensuring every guest felt like a cherished friend on an unforgettable Italian holiday.

- Style: Rustic elegance at a Tuscan castle.
- Planner: The Extraordinaire (Sabrina Carbone)

- An emotional outdoor ceremony with sweeping views across the Chianti vineyards.
- An authentic Tuscan aperitivo featuring an abundance of local delicacies.

The Morning: An Air of Calm Anticipation
The day began with a beautiful sense of quiet excitement. Alisa prepared with her bridesmaids within the ancient, sunlit rooms of the castle, a space filled with history and grace. Meanwhile, Noah and his groomsmen were surrounded by the rustic character of the winery itself, sharing a toast amidst the very heart of the estate’s heritage. Our team coordinated every detail invisibly, ensuring both groups could savour these precious, final moments before the celebration began, completely relaxed and present.

A Ceremony Among the Chianti Vines
The ceremony was the emotional heart of the day. We chose a breathtaking overlook on the estate, where Alissa and Noah exchanged their vows against the rolling hills and endless vineyards of Chianti. The air was warm, the light was golden, and the setting felt truly sacred. Our logistical planning ensured a seamless experience for every guest, from comfortable seating to perfect acoustics, allowing the sheer beauty of the moment and the couple’s love to be the singular focus.

The Aperitivo: An Authentic Taste of Tuscany
Following the ceremony, guests were treated to a true Italian cocktail hour. As Sabrina always emphasizes, the guest journey is paramount. It’s about creating moments of delight that feel effortless and immersive. Guests mingled and laughed while indulging in a lavish spread of Tuscan delicacies: freshly made bruschettas, artisan cold meats, crispy fried vegetables, and savoury olive ascolane. It was a sensory celebration of the region’s incredible bounty, setting a warm and convivial tone for the rest of the evening.

Dinner Revealed: An Imperial Table Under the Stars
As twilight settled, we created a moment of pure magic. Guests were escorted from the aperitivo around the castle and through the historic Italian gardens. As they passed through the gates, they discovered the evening’s breathtaking surprise: two magnificent imperial tables set for dinner, running parallel to the castle’s stone facade. Above, a cascade of chandeliers cast a warm, romantic glow, transforming the space into an impossibly beautiful open-air ballroom. Moments like these, as our co-founder and photographer Jules will attest, are designed not just to be lived, but to be captured as iconic, lasting memories.
