The Morning Of: Roman Elegance
The day began with a wonderful sense of calm anticipation, set against the stylish backdrop of central Rome. Sam and his groomsmen prepared at the iconic Fendi Suites, a location of unparalleled masculine style, while Gintare was just across the road in a beautiful private apartment. This thoughtful separation allowed each of them a private, relaxed space to share moments with their wedding party before the day’s events began. As planners, we ensured the timeline and logistics between the two locations were seamless, allowing the morning to feel relaxed and joyful, which Jules, our co-founder and photographer, always explains is key to capturing genuine, unhurried portraits.

Following the ceremony, guests were transported to the pinnacle of the day: the magnificent Villa Aurelia. Perched atop the Janiculum Hill, the villa offers a breathtaking panorama of the Roman skyline. Here, in the beautiful Italian gardens, the celebration truly began. We created a sophisticated aperitivo hour where guests could mingle and enjoy the view, accompanied by a fantastic live band playing a mix of Latin American and jazz music. Dinner, Dancing, and Unforgettable Moments
As the sun began to set, we guided guests inside to the beautifully decorated top floor of the villa for a spectacular dinner. To create a feeling of intimacy within the grand space, we designed an elegant tablescape with two long imperial tables, adorned with classic floral arrangements and candlelight. After dinner, the evening flowed downstairs, where a decadent dessert buffet and the wedding cake were revealed. In the main hall, Gintare and Sam shared their first dance, which transitioned from a live music set into a full party with a DJ that carried the celebration late into the Roman night. It was the perfect culmination of a day filled with elegance, joy, and timeless romance.
