1. Guest Arrival by Private Boat: Guests are collected from nearby towns like Lenno or Tremezzo and arrive at the villa’s private dock. This journey across the water offers the first stunning view of the property and builds anticipation.
2. Ceremony at Loggia Durini: From the dock, guests are guided up through the gardens to the Loggia Durini. Its three stone arches frame the ceremony perfectly against the lake. The loggia has a firm capacity of 60 seated chairs, a critical planning constraint.
