Our Castello di Celsa wedding takes place in early October. You can tell it’s fall as the ivy that covers the castle is turning red. The temperature during the day is very pleasant with cooler temperatures in the evenings. The bride and groom prepare in the two separate wings of the castle. They have some of their friends and family staying with them and the other guests will arrive later in the day for the ceremony and reception.

After the wedding ceremony there is a drinks reception accompanied by a jazz trio, everyone loves the location and is having a wonderful time. Just after sunset the wedding reception starts. After the dinner we all move inside the castle to the courtyard. This is a suggestive location that adapts very well for the party. First we have the cutting of the traditional Italian wedding cake. The guests all have sparklers and after cutting the cake there’s more prosecco for everyone.
The first dances that follow are all emotional and there are many tears from guests and parents, but these are all tears of joy!
To liven up the evening as well as an excellent DJ they have a live drummer and saxophonist that interact with guests and get everyone on the dance floor.
